Rick has been a licensed Life and Health Insurance agent since Oct. 1, 1976.  Educated in the public schools in Wilson County and graduated from Lebanon High School in 1970.  Rick obtained his A.S. Degree from Cumberland College in Lebanon, and then B.S. from East Tennessee State University.  He attended Nashville School of Law.  Rick works primarily in the group health insurance market and Long Term Care Insurance sales.

Brownie Hall has 26 years of insurance experience in both sales and management.  Brownie is a partner of THW Insurance Services and managed a local business for 10 years prior to beginning his insurance career.  Brownie is a 1971 graduate of Lebanon High School.  He has been awarded national sales achievements for many years and is a trusted resource for employee benefits and related services.

Richard has been licensed since January 1, 1987. He currently is licensed for property, casualty, life and health, focusing primarily on commercial insurance. Richard moved to Lebanon in 1980, from Texas, and attended MTSU for three years before finishing up in engineering at Tennessee Tech.  He has been an active member in the Rotary Club of Lebanon since 1996 as well as Commissioner of Lebanon's Dixie Youth baseball league since 2001.

Richard is married to Debbie Annette Kemp and has three children Brian, Phillip and Samantha.

Lou Judson Nave- "Jud" is a native of Lebanon, TN; attended Castle Heights Military Academy from 1980 through 1986 and was a 1989 graduate of Lebanon High School. Working his way through college with his grandfather Jewell W. Nave, he became a licensed funeral director at Nave Funeral Home he earned his B.S. in Psychology from MTSU, where he was also a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.

Jud has been with THW since 2007 and works with the local/regional employers ranging in sizes from two to six hundred employees.  He helps businesses with commerical insurance coverage, workers compensation, and employee benefits. Jud has also beeen succesful in helping families with their individual life  and health insurance needs. Nave currently resides in Lebanon with his wife Bevin where they are active members of First United Methodist Church. Carl has been a licensed agent for Life and Health and Property and Casualty since 1998.  Carl graduated from Lebanon High School, and then received his B.S. degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Cumberland University.  Carl played tennis at Cumberland University and was their number one player.

Jeff has been licensed in property, casualty, life, and health since 2003. Jeff graduated from Lebanon High School and received his B.S degree from Middle Tennessee State University. He also received his Certified Insurance Councilor designation from The National Alliance in 2012. Jeff is married to Andrea Lea who teaches third grade in the Lebanon Special School District and have two children, Jackson and Lucy.

Bill Cotten and his wife, Sally, have 3 children (Brent, Jenny, and Crystal) along with 3 grandchildren.   Bill is a lifelong resident of Lebanon and a graduate of Lebanon High School.  He is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University, Middle Tennessee State University and the Nashville School of Law.  

Bill was a teacher upon graduation from college for 5 years and was Assistant Principal of Lebanon High School for one year before going to work at Nissan North America for 26.5 years.  Bill retired from Nissan in January of 2010.   Bill joined the insurance firm of THW Insurance on February 7, 2011.

Alfred J. D’Andria, Jr. was born in Carrollton, Texas and moved to Lebanon, Tennessee when he was 8 years old.  Al is a 1997 graduate of Lebanon High School where he actively served on the Student Counsel.  He joined the Tennessee Army National Guard in June of 2009 and proudly served with Det. Troop G RFS/RSS 278^th ACR in Mosul, Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom.  Al enjoys canoeing, hiking, running, and all things outdoors.  He is a dedicated problem solver and enjoys the challenges of today’s insurance market. He joined THW Insurance Services, LLC in January 2011; he is a fully licensed insurance agent in the State of Tennessee.

Linda joined the THW staff in July 2010.  Linda has worked in the insurance industry for 25 years at Bragg Insurance Agency as a life and health agent and claims specialist.  Linda is a graduate of Jackson County High School and then later received an Associates Degree in Business Administration from from Draughons College.

Linda and her poodle, Gracie, live in Lebanon.

Matthew Rogers has been an Agent with THW Insurance since June 2012. He has over 8 years of customer service experience. Matthew moved to Murfreesboro, TN in 2006 to complete his B.S. in Business Finance at Middle Tennesse State University.  In August of 2010, he became licensed in Property, Casualty, Life and Health insurance.  He is an active member of the Stone River Kiwanis Club and in his spare time, he enjoys dirt bike riding, reading, working in his yard and spending time with his wife, Emily.
